In August, ROXIN welcomes David Eßer as a new associate in the firm’s Hamburg office. He strengthens the team with his professional focus on individual white-collar criminal defence and in particular on defence in cross-border cases.
David Eßer studied law at University of Cologne and at Eötvös Loránd University (Budapest), with a focus on criminology, juvenile criminal law and the prison system. During his studies, he worked as a research assistant in a renowned criminal law boutique in Cologne. David Eßer completed his legal clerkship in Hamburg in the district of the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court, again with a focus on criminal law. At the same time, he worked as a research assistant at ROXIN and now returns to the firm as a lawyer and associate. With David Eßer, ROXIN grows to ten lawyers, all specializing in business and tax criminal defence as well as in internal investigations, at the firm´s Hamburg office.
